Taxi driver is constantly late and comes up with a million excuses to why they were late. Not a reliable service if you want to get somewhere on time.

Booked taxi for 7.35 to the train station and it arrived at 7.55 I live 10 minutes away from the station by car but allowed myself plenty of time to get a ticket when booking. Driver Mark in GREY SKODA OCTAVIA P41 was very rude. I said hello when sitting in the car, there was no greeting from him. Not friendly at all. I asked him to drop me further down the platform 2 entrance because my train was leaving in one minute and I could see it there already. He sighed with annoyance. I said sorry but my train is leaving soon. In the end I missed my train, next one is in an hour as the train strikes are this week. I work in an operation theatre in a hospital so I will be late for work and this will impact my patients. Very disappointed with the service. No apology from the driver.
