I have had a session today with Theo and everything felt really professional. When I got in, we discussed about my pains, issues. He presented me the possible reasons for my pains and what I can do to improve this. After that, we started the massage session and some of it was painful, but Theo explained before starting what he will be doing and that it may be painful. At the end of the session I discussed with him how to continue further and set up the next meeting. So he just got himself another happy customer! PS: Theo is also a personal trainer so we got to talk during the session about training, nutrition and got some useful information that will help me improve. So don't be shy to ask if you go there, he will be more than happy to answer :)

I regularly have sports/deep tissue massages. I have tried many therapists & spas looking for the best price whilst not compromising on the quality of the therapist. I can honestly say Theo is the best I've found. The price is very decent in the current climate and actually, Theo charges the same amount that I was spending about 5 years ago! When you tell him about your injury and/or area of concern, he thoroughly listens and hears you. He ensures that - if required, he provides enough time within your appointment to show you exercises to do at home which will massively help you. He gives you all the possible tools you need to help with your healing, he is honest regarding if he believes you would benefit from another appointment and is unapologetic when (quite correctly in my opinion), at the end of your appointment, he may use the phrase "Take care and in the nicest possible way, I hope I don't see you soon"! He genuinely wants the best for his clients, he truly wants to help heal & I haven't found that before. He also has a colleague now who can do some Saturdays! Give him a look, he's helped me with several issues I've had. Thanks Theo!
