I have been a long time sufferer of headaches and migraines and have tried a lot of things to reduce them already. I was looking for something to try and get rid of the headaches themselves and the tightness in my shoulders. After every session with Kate I can feel a real difference and I am so grateful that she has taken her time to help me out with a problem I suffered from every day. Would very highly recommend, she takes the time to listen to what you would like to happen and to think about exactly what you need. She also gives me recommendations to try and help me ease my symptoms outside of the massage. Thank you Kate!
