        Booked a Saturday evening on the Wednesday prior and received a confirmation email for my stay. I tried calling and emailing to make payment and then received a email telling me they cannot accommodate me due a current lady extending her stay. My evening out for a 21st birthday is now ruined due to not being able to find alternative accommodation as close to the town centre on Easter Saturday and no taxis available!
