Match day, looking for a quick pint before kick off. Found this little gem of a pub. Great pint, great people, even spoke to a couple of very nice home supporters. This would definitely be my local.

Basic place with hints of quirkiness. Interior decor evokes a working mens club vibe, but with less charm. Locals in situ seem to approve, mind. Drinkswise Id say generic lager is your best bet, this certainly aint the place for cocktail lovers. A friend of mine was served a G&T without so much as an ice cube, never mind anything as exotic as slice of lemon. The pool table is probably the highlight.
