Steer away from this Estate Agency by all means. Response times take days, sometimes weeks, when dealing with tenancy related issues. They have a very shady individual named Michael Sear working for the company, whom intentionally holds back information, resulting in the loss of tenants deposits at the end of the tenancy agreement. If you are an individual whom is looking to rent a property, I would highly advise to give this business a miss, as they will most likely continue playing their shady games in the future. Dont be misled by the positive reviews!

I've recently ended my tenancy with YourAgent due to having to move for work but its been a pleasure dealing with Michael and his colleagues for over a year now, I've always felt very looked after. There was one particular situation when I really needed their help and they responded immediately and went out of their way to do so. By far the best experience I've ever had as a tenant! Thank you Michael and team.

Saw some pictures of the room when my friend left the place, 150 deposit was taken due to a black bin bag being left in the CORNER of a room. Seems like a quick money making scheme to me, dont delay pay the money today. You cant class that as leaving it in a dreadful state, milking any excuse to cut off deposit which should have been paid in full. Businesses who do things the proper way go far, take notes pal.

This company fails to follow their own rules and guidelines, deposits are supposed to be due back within 2 weeks after leaving, after months of trying and struggling for a reply my friend was returned a partial deposit payment back. This is because 1 black bin bag was left behind with general recycling waste inside. I mean thats not worth a penalty of 150 ? Seems more like a cheeky bonus. Please be careful of this company and look elsewhere.
