I have used Ecoburotic before but then I stopped for a few years due to a faulty cartridge, I recently Bought a printer from amazon not knowing it was through Ecoburotic, Really fast for Delivery.... they even phoned me and offered to reduce my price on the toners for the machine. I compared price and they did beat the price so I gave them another chance, Ive not had any issues since re-using then in 2015. Thank you to my account manager Kenzie x

Never had any issues with these guys and their staff are really helpful. Not 'pushy' either. Perhaps one can buy cheaper but this company is consistently - 4 years or so - good. Recommended.

I have ran a business that used to buy from ecoburotic in 2014. However, we ended up procuring our stationary through our parent company for economies of scale. I have no problem with the company and what they offer. however, their cold callers are persistent and we have told them not to call back, when they did they would only say "Eco" as they knew they shouldn't be calling, when I asked if it was Ecoburotic, he finally admitted it after being deliberately evasive he admitted it was and as I was saying "we told them not to call" he hung up! If you are going to try your luck, at least have the courage to deal with the call when you are rumbled. all in all, entertaining but not a great reflection on the company.
