My hub was sending his passport to abroad. The woman in post office said it would take 3-5 days but 2 weeks on hold and Royal mail had a cyber attack a mth back and have not moved any international delivery. She should have not accepted the package just like other post offices refused as per their guideline and should have advised my stupid husband to go smwhere else. He can't travel now and the package is lost. And I need to get a surgery myself with 2 years old baby abroad.She has been refusing other packages for the smallest reasons but why not this time. Selfish. AVOID.

I went to post a bag of PPI but the postmaster refused to take it. He told me that "we cannot accept everything that Royal Mail throws at them". He asked me to go elsewhere. I understand that there might be a lack of trust and communication between post offices and Royal Mail but that frustration should not be taken out on customers by refusing a service that they are meant to do.
