Loose Post Office & mini mart

Jaw droppingly rude staff. I have been subjected to and witnessed the rudest treatment of customers at this post office. Enough of treating customers as dirt. There are plenty of alternative postal and delivery services as staff such as this ought to be aware of.

What's the point on having a post office in your neighbourhood if you can't use their services. Needed a simple task: check some documents via Sterling. The answer:"we don't do this here". Except for the fact that I the website, this branch is nominate to do this.

I know both owners (one is very nice and polite) but the one that's always in the post office seem to have a problem with me as a black customer, he's just always rude and behave as if I am beneath him. This has been going on for sometime now and I've had enough. I parked outside to quickly drop my parcel off, as did 2 white customers, he was driving past and stop and had a go at me ONLY, although they parked way worse than I did! I remember last year I got to the shop before 5pm and he served all the white customers and stopped serving at me. It was white customer that actually stood up for me God bless him and told this guy to send my parcel instead of his because I have been here waiting a long time. He should re-evaluate he thought processes and biases and treat all people equally and stop picking on me. I honestly don't know how he sleeps at nights.
