        All Young male staffs are incredibly unhelpful and rude as if public has forced them to work? 1 stars for rude male staffs! Please learn to respect your customers! I have given 5 stars for all ladies staffs before and I am forever grateful for you! Hope these male staffs follow your footpath! All Ladies staffs are amazing but these young males need more training to how to be kind to their customers!

        Unsure about the location of our towns Post Office nowadays? It is right at the back of WHSmiths and feels strange to be standing there to send parcels whilst in the middle of a shop. When the PO was near Jubilee Square it could get extremely busy. Thankfully when I've visited at WHS it has been quiet but I imagine it could quite crowded in the shop if the post office counter is busy. All that said, the counter staff are friendly, helpful and don't keep you waiting for long if they can help it.

        Only one person working in the travel office. One person going along the line asking what people wanted. Rude staff poorly like WHSmiths! and very no helpful. Let you all know use the Post Office Branch nearest 30 High Street its help and quickly

        Staff terrible, unfriendly, unhelpful and uneducated. Their Machine rendered my return label invalid and they would do nothing for me except charge me for the return. Useless, incompetent staff.
