They sent messages to me to give information about someone to remove a bad review. They was rude in their email almost threatening.

Bunch of fraudsters, this is a genuine review by the way. Gave them my deposit,done what I was told then sorry mate you have lost your deposit? They are corrupt, I done everything my side but obviously they are out just to con people. Shame I couldn't give it a 0.

They are happy to take payments from bank cards that aren't in the person's name their speaking to nor with any proof of consent to use such card then get rude when asked for a refund despite fact doesn't mention about deposit being a non refundable type fraudsters which have been reported.
