        Having had one date changed for a service the next one the engineer didnt arrive, no phone call, text no communication at all. Called office and no one was bothered that this had happened. A really unprofessional attitude and when I finally got through the engineer then suggested a 7am appointment on the Monday morning which I accepted . I await the outcome. For this service I have paid 216 and I will endeavour to find someone more reliable to service my boiler
