Ace Drains & Plumbing Ltd

I had a Stuart Turner pump installed by Jason in June 2017 and it came with a 5 year warranty. I rang up Stuart Turner and they claimed that the serial number I provided them only dealt with the manufacture date and I had to provide a proof of purchase which seemed simple enough to resolve. I called Jason over a number of days to get this from him, as he purchased the pump at the time and fitted it for us and time was running out to get this fixed (my exposure was GBP 620). Jason screened my calls and didnt even have the courtesy to call me back after seeing me call multiple times, just dealing with me in passive aggressive text messages. He thinks he knows who the supplier was but cant be sure and made some noises about it being with his old company and nobody has the records that go back far enough but the company is a family run company according to his website, and its still Jasons number thats listed as the contact number. Endless excuses and a completely unprofessional service from someone that clearly doesnt care about the wellbeing of his customers or following up on the services that he has provided, and he doesnt keep adequate records.

Just had this company come out to us and really impressed, we had bad smells and sewage leaking from our drains. It appears there had been a build up and caused a blockage. Cleared drain and sorted within 20 mins, thought it was going to cost a fortune and didn't. Can't recommend highly enough, fantastic service. Many Thanks Lee
