        I began attending Alison's Pilates classes to improve my core strength in order to improve my running. The classes have done that but I have also discovered that I love the mindfullness aspect of them too; you always leave with a real sense of well-being. Alison is very warm and approachable as well as being a great teacher. I would highly recommend her.

        I thoroughly enjoy my Pilates classes and always feel the benefit after. Alison is a very patient teacher, with a great sense of humour, and is excellent at spotting and addressing any difficulties you may have, whilst keeping the rest of the group going on the main lesson. I would thoroughly recommend to anyone, at any level.
