5 weeks ago I limped into Stephens office for post-surgery rehabilitation on my ankle. I never thought I'd make so much progress in just a few sessions! No limp and he even got me running. With Stephen's professionality, thorough analysis, clear instructions & explanations and highly tailored approach, I knew I was getting the highest-quality of care. His encouragement and good humour made the sessions fun, and the time flew. Highly recommend.

I went to Stephen with a pulled quad, I came with the hope he could not just treat my quad but do it in time for my cup final. He was very professional, gave me a brilliant rehab programme full of exercises and I managed to play 90 minutes in the cup final Would highly recommend to everyone! Thank you so much Stephen!

I had an excellent result from seeing Stephen. I had been getting knee pain every time I went runnning, which wasn't getting better no matter what I tried. Stephen was able to identify the problem pretty much straight away at our first appointment. Through sticking with the exercise programme he prescribed I'm now once again able to run as far as I want again without pain. I could not have hoped for a better outcome. I only wish I'd gone to see him sooner instead of suffering through the pain for a year.
