Extremely Professional, yet an incredibly friendly approach. Keeps you motivated during the entire session and is happy to help outside of the session. Not to mention thorough and offers a variety of exercises and movements to get you to your goal. I would choose Ed, over a gym membership any day! Highly Recommend.

Ive been going to the gym on and off for the last 10 years and Ive been training with Ed for the last 20 months. I am now the fittest and strongest Ive ever been. We predominately do weight training and Ive been so surprised as to how much weight I can now move. Ed is a total professional with a real passion for fitness. He makes sure that each exercise is carried out with the correct technique and will push you to limits you never thought you could go to. Thanks Ed for the pain, tears and giggles!

Im 58 years old, have always done some exercise but never indulged in weight training as I reckoned cardio work was the best way to stay fit. Five years of weight training with Ed has changed all that! My contemporaries were starting to show their age and I was determined not to follow suit. The aim was to increase my fitness and strength and tone muscles that were tending towards middle-aged flab. Im very pleased with the results. The difference that is achieved by having a personal trainer watch EXACTLY what youre doing and providing motivational guidance and advice throughout each workout has transformed my view of doing weights and the benefits that can ensue. Im in far better shape nowadays and my vitality has improved no end. One further revelation has been the benefit that Ive seen to my sciatica brought on by a herniated disc 10-15 years ago. Having tried all the usual suspects over the years (physiotherapists, osteopaths, pilates, etc) all with little or no benefit the carefully controlled exercises I have done under Eds guidance have strengthened my back significantly. In turn this has resulted in VERY rapid recovery when things have taken the occasional downturn which, thankfully, is a rare event these days. All round a very personable, professional guy who knows his stuff and makes training a pleasure. Almost!

Just finished 10 weeks training with Ed twice a week and Im down 6.5kg in weight and now below 10% body fat so very happy. Hes extremely knowledgeable and has kept me accountable all the way through. Will be working together again for sure.
