Absolutely love Bootcamp Maidstone - the workouts are always different and challenging, and I always feel like Ive had a great workout after a session and always go home with a smile on my face!! They have the best range of equipment that I have seen, we even have barbells!! the music is good and I have made some really lovely friends there!! Special thanks to Charley for all her hard work and dedication at making Bootcamp Maidstone such a great place to train!!

I have been attending bootcamp with Charley for just over a month and really enjoy the sessions. She adds different forms of training every session which means it doesnt become monotonous. Charley encourages you whilst letting you go at your own pace as it can be quite hardcore for someone like me that has joint issues. I feel like Ive really achieved a goal at the end of every session and can feel my fitness level has improved after only 6 weeks. Everyone is friendly and theres no judgement despite there being a huge range of levels of fitness. Highly recommend :)

I went along on my own at the end of the first lockdown in 2020 and after a few sessions knew this would be a better way to keep fit and motivated than the local gym. 3 years later, Im still a member attending regularly and have made friends with like minded people. In that time, Ive been pregnant and still attended. Feeling confident and supported to do so by Charlie, who adapted exercises accordingly, pre and postpartum for me.

Better than a gym in everyway!! Better social environment, better range of exercises & better support. I started bootcamp whilst still going to the gym and soon realized that my gym sessions just felt boring and repetitive. Charley's sessions are hard work, but isn't this what you want out of a fitness class. You're pushed to exceed what you thought you're body was capable of. All her sessions are different and the range of equipment available makes if fun and challenging. Socially, you will meet so many great people that actually talk to each other, whereas at the gym everyone walks around with headphones. Ultimately, what you get out of bootcamp is a more effective workout and an amazing social family of like-minded people. Try it!! You'll be quitting the gym and signing up at Bootcamp guaranteed!!
