I started my personal training with Zoe in January (2023) and I am already seeing results! I am so much more confident in the gym and even been challenging myself with my own circuits at the end of my workouts! I feel comfortable around Zoe, she puts me at ease and is very reassuring- she feels more like a friend than a personal trainer, cant wait to see what more we can achieve together

I started my training with Zoe in January. She is lovely and supportive. She gave me the confidence and the support I needed. I have a busy family life .. and I am trying to be in the gym at least 5 days a week. I can see the results and Zoe and the team are amazing

Michelle, Graziella and Zoe are amazing personal trainers! I started with Michelle 6 months ago and I can see the changes in my body and how strong I am getting! They make you believe in yourself! And celebrate with you your achievements! I always have a good time during my sessions with Michelle or when I attend one class from Graziella or Zoe!

Michele is my pt we have such a laugh in my sessions every week shes alway a message away if Im struggling with nutrition love Grazs combat class on Mondays when I can go its killer but i love it and love Zoes legs, bums and tums on Sunday when I can go again killer but I love it Thank you so much ladies Im getting more and more confident every day Cant wait to see how far you push this year
