Tom and his team did an excellent job on the windows of a new house that I just purchased, Tom kept me updated on the days that he was available so that I could book him in at short notice working around bad weather conditions. I asked Tom and his team to rescue the terrible foil covered uPVC windows installed by the house builder (Taylor Wimpey) on our house. The grey foil was wrinkling and cracking on multiple windows and looked awful. SpraywayUPVC removed the damaged foil and sanded the frames before respraying them in a colour that closely matched that of the foil. They even managed to colour match the silicon sealant around the frames and applied it to a higher standard than TW! Although they made a couple of mistakes (missed one bit of wrinkled foil and left fingerprints in the paint on a sill), they came back swiftly and sent me photos of the completed work. As I have a 3 storey townhouse with a lot of windows, the work was fairly expensive but a lot, lot cheaper than replacing the windows with new ones. Overall, I am more than satisfied with the work. The look of the windows has been completely transformed. Three months after completeion, the windows have survived some unusually severe weather this winter and still look brand new. I had my UPVC door spray painted by this company. Cracks began to show less than 6mths after the work was carried out. I sent multiple emails with images, texts and even called Tom the director, stating what had happened. He responded in writing on at least 3 occasions that he would attend but has never committed to it. He was very convincing. For work that I have paid for which supposedly carries a 10yr guarantee, I am extremely disappointed beyond words. I therefore would not recommend this company. Service: Spray painting
