        I am an osteopath and when I was in the area visiting a friend I suffered an acute back pain. The revitalze clinic were able to get me in quickly, and give me great relief in a short space of time. Lauren was professional and personable with clear communicative skills. As someone who knows good osteopathy when I see it, I can confidently recommend revitalize clinic and Lauren.

        Great workshop with Elliot and Ariel at Heavenly Fitness tonight. Learnt some great exercises for mobility and strength and dispelled a few myths! Can thoroughly recommend. Thanks guys

        I would 100% recommend Arwel if you are suffering from any kind of discomfort I had been suffering for some time with pains in my foot, which would move up my leg. I rested it from rugby, which is basically torture for me, but it didn't ease at all. I then had 2 appointments with Arwel the pain completely subsided and Im back to scoring tries. A commendable and knowledgeable osteopath!
