        This is the first time I have used Vision Express Maidstone. The staff were friendly, pleasant and engaging. I was really disappointed with the service I received when I had my yearly eye test in March. I felt under pressure to buy new glasses, by every member of staff I met during the eye test process. Their computer system was down so they were unable to access my detail and give me a prescription. I was assured my prescription would be sent as soon as their system was back up, unfortunately I had to call to prompt them to send the email.

        I have never been somewhere, where all the staff members have been so lovely! Wayne went above and beyond in helping me with the lenses and what best suited me. I had no idea what I was doing or what I needed, but everyone was so kind and they helped me so much. Thank you for a lovely experience. I couldnt recommend this store enough.
