        I hate having to complain but i am generally concerned for the care of your loved ones in this carehome and their well being. Please DO NOT put your love ones here!!!! Trying to feed someone whilst they are laying in their own filth with the buzzer on (which had been on a while) and no one attending then a nurse more concerned about feeding than cleaning the bed and my family member. Feeding someone whilst dirty whilst their immune system is already knocked due to chemo to me is a no brainer! Raise concern and the manager just has no real response or care. Out of date PAT test, extensions plugged into other extensions, not what id class as clean. So upset and heard another women shouting at nurse for lack of help. Please DO NOT put your loved ones here can not express this enough!!!!

        Has not been good for my parent and other residents of the home, should of expected such low quality from such a bad care home.
