        I called and was given a time to come in. i went there and waited patiently for an hour. people who came after me were being called to do their nails. when someone who came after me was being called, i spoke up and said i got there before them and i had been waiting for an hour. the man there was rude and argued the ladies were there before me and told me to stop raising my voice and started to ignore me even though i was just trying to explain i had been there over an hour waiting. the ladies told me to go ahead as they knew i was there before them. i left as i was not happy with the service

        I got an appointment the same day. I'm happy with my nails, but I would definitely prefer them to be a bit thinner as they do look quite bulky...
