First time buyers with very little knowledge on the real world. Dak provided us with so much knowledge and made the process seem simple, he provided us with informed choices throughout and never pressured us with key decisions, he not only secured a great mortgage for us at very reasonable fees but continued to help negotiate solicitors and insurances after we had exchanged, would highly recommend and would not hesitate to use his services in the future, thank you very much

After having had a bit of a bad experience with a Bank mortgage advisor initially as a first time buyer I decided I would try a mortgage consultant and went with Dak. I then found myself in a position where I needed to sort a mortgage offer quickly after offering on a house to prove I could afford the mortgage. Dak was able to turn this around for me much quicker than I had expected, I think I had the mortgage offer the following day, and I could not fault his service in any way. He led me through the process from start to finish, advised me on all the options available to me and answered about a million questions from myself more than happily. He was always very polite and easy to liaise with. Even when my second house fell through (which was very unforeseeable!) he continued to get me a mortgage for the next house I found at no extra cost. When I move again I will be using Dak to sort my mortgage arrangements.
