Mum and Dad recently had a Stannah 260 Siena stairlift installed by Higher Elevation. "We are extremely satisfied with the service we received from start to finish. Paul Simkins, who came to assess our needs and house, was very informative and answered all our questions patiently and completely. The installation, by Gary and his colleague, was very efficient and we were given careful instructions about operating the chair. They waited very patiently while we practised ascending, descending and getting on and off at the mezzanine landing. We highly recommend higher elevation . Marco and Patricia Alcalay.

Great service, very professional. The initial meeting was very thorough, they were the only company to measure my mother to tailor the chair to her size and ask about how she would use the lift. The installer was very respectful, tidy and punctual. They were not the cheapest but I think we made the right decision.
