We chose Ben Siggins to sell our house after valuations from 3 agencies. Ben Siggins gave us the best valuation and a very good fee (which they were happy to negotiate on) and included a lot of things that others charged for. We had an asking price offer in the first round of viewings which we unfortunately lost due to the mortgage rates and uncertainty in the market at the time but Ben Siggins were very good all the way through and when we finally found a buyer, they were very helpful and attentive throughout the whole process. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful and I would recommend Ben Siggins to anyone looking to sell their house in the Maidstone area. We had dealings with Ben, Kevin, Amy, Jasmine Alex and Joseph and all were great.

We primarily worked with Joseph and met him on a few occasions at viewings. We also received some property suggestions from Jasmine. Ben Siggins were very friendly and helpful, understanding what we wanted right away and sharing appropriate priority suggestions. We didn't at any point feel rushed or pushed in to anything and definitely felt we trusted the team. Joseph was very helpful on viewings. We really appreciated his approach of showing up round initially and sharing information, and then letting us explore ourselves. Would definitely recommend.

Highly recommend Ben Siggins. From the first day we got introduced to Jasmine, through the sales process, right through to completion and even after we moved on they have been great. She was very relational, supportive and helpful even going the extra mile to satisfy her client. We were very pleased with the level of her professionalism.
