My best experience in Lush today ever!! We were greeted by the lovely Vicky, she was sooo helpful (Haven't been to a Lush in a while) and friendly. Made sure each product was right for me and her recommendations were spot on too. Will definitely be back, never has customer service been so spot on! (Going Playopolis tomorrow too for my 30th....I'll be back to let you know how it went! )

Visited Lush Maidstone today to get some last minute party bag fillers for my daughters 14th birthday party. Received the most fantastic customer service from Vicky. She was so friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the products, she made the visit easy! The ladies behind the tills were equally friendly. Thank you ladies.

i visited on monday as i wanted some advice on bath products that would be suitable with my skin condition. i was helped by a wonderful lady named emily. she talked me through everything and listened to my every question. she suggested some products that would be good for me and she said she could relate to how much of a struggle it is sometimes. she proceeded to give me samples of the products i was interested in to try at home first because she wanted me to be able to see how i reacted to them first. this was a wonderful gesture and it was incredibly kind of her. she also gave me a lovely bath bomb that she recommended for my skin. if youre reading this the snow fairy bath melts are brilliant! so far no issues! thankyou so much for all the help and making me feel comfortable about something that is a big insecurity! i really appreciated this. youre a credit to your company.
