I'm so very pleased with Ferris, I let my house out with them. I pay a management fee, so they take care of everything. Getting and vetting tenants, arranging repairs with their own contractors etc... Great communication and highly recommended by me.

The first impressions from this agent would clearly suggest their professionalism and passion for what they do. The gentleman I met for my house view was on time and kind and showed me around with interest and the property too was well presented. Tracy was extremely helpful on the other end with necessary paperwork and I could say went an extra mile to help us through and keeping us updated on every step. Well appreciated and would recommend.
