We visited Southern Fires in January 2023 and was greeted with a very warm welcome by Dean. This is the first fireplace me & husband were purchasing so had many questions which were answered in incredible detail and with guidance, Dean showed us around the showroom, showed us brochures, pictures etc and spoke to us about our home, what we wanted and our interest, Dean and his colleague Andy made us feel at ease and spoke to us on a personal level which made the whole experience lovely especially as we were making such a a big purchase for our home. Andy was also brilliant at returning calls and emails. Holly & Liam were the team who installed our fireplace and worked incredibly hard the whole day, they were very polite and courteous, I could not have asked for a better team to come to our home! We are both over the moon with our fireplace and cannot wait to use it for many years to come Thank you very much to all the team at Southern Fires

Had a really good service from Southern Fires, I had a tricky install as I have not got a chimney and a alcove for the fire place this was all built from scratch I am really pleased with the result,
