        Great classes, cater for all abilities, motivate those that need the most motivation in the friendliest possible way. Ive been attending for nearly 4 years and love it even though I am amongst the oldest and the slowest.

        Been going to Maidstone Bootcamp for over 3 years. This is the only exercise regime I have stuck to for this long. Varied sessions, well set out and designed for all levels of fitness, ability and experience. Really friendly groups and a good social aspect as well.

        I have been attending Maidstone Bootcamp for just over 2 years and can honestly say it's one of the best things I've done. Each session is different. It's been great for my wellbeing and mental health exercising in the open air. Tracy is a fantastic instructor. I would urge anyone to give it a go, I'm sure you'd love it!!
