        Been called, texted, and emailed many times for viewing appointment. At the property, Mr M pointed his finger at us and said: "is it you having an appointment? You can't view the property!!"You have a child". The land lord won't accept it. Then he left. I was standing there for 2 minutes just in awe and silence wondering what just happened trying to comprehend. Really, I thought he was confused. On his defense he was in a hurry to catch something. That's fine I understand a landlord choice of renting . The 1 star is for the poor body laguage and interpersonal skills he showed. Poor communications.

        Excellent service from start to finish. Such impressive photography which wasn't really needed as we took our sale offer in a day. Moving is really stressful and all the staff were really helpful and always friendly and professional. Would thoroughly recommend
