        The staff are absolutely amazing and professional. Mum is looked after and cared for so well. I trust them 100% with the care of my mum. Throughout the pandemic they have kept us up to date and allowed visitations where possible via window. The staff are always polite and cant do enough for the family when they visit. I couldn't have hoped for a better place for mum to go to. I feel that my mum is in the best hands and wouldn't wish her to be anywhere else. They are amazing.

        My Mum has been at The Vale care home for several months now, during this time I have found the staff to be friendly and professional. The home smells clean, looks tidy and the food is good.

        The staff are supportive, approachable and nothing is ever to much trouble. They are great with helping my Mum with here day to day living, the care home is spacious and clean and tidy.
