WOW!! REALLY Outstanding service from the team at H&C!! My BMW X3 recently needed a new Turbo when the original one seized and the entire end-end experience with them has been second to none. From booking the vehicle in, to the diagnosis and repair, every part was super-efficient and super-fast! Harry was amazing with his comms, and I pretty much got a daily update of the state of play and even when I asked for a totally unrelated issue I had with my parking sensors to be looked at, again, within 24 hours, Job DONE!!! Also I received some useful follow up info and advice about the frequency of some of the fluid and filter changes on the vehicle. Will definitely be returning to H&C going forward for both of the BMWs in my household. You can tell they are all really passionate and totally care about what they do. 5*s (and even more on the value front!). Services: Engine repair, Oil change, Transmission

I couldnt recommend H&C enough, they are absolutely brilliant here. I dropped my car off with no appointment due to an ad blue fault on my C class and Gary and the team sorted me out straight away. I left the car with them and by 11 the next morning my car was ready to collect as all fixed and ready to go. They went above and beyond to fix my car and I only had to leave the vehicle over night as we was waiting for my warranty company to confirm the go ahead. If this wasnt necessary I feel like they would have sorted my car there and then with no issues. Dont get be wrong this place is fully booked they didnt slot me in so quickly due to a lack of customers, they slotted me in as they wanted to help me out and get me back on the road asap. I will be going here for all future services, problems etc 100%. No doubt best garage in Maidstone and would recommend for everyone to go here as the customer service is fantastic. Thank you so much to Gary and team for your quick and efficient service and for helping me out.
