        Mercedes has put me and my family in danger by selling me a dangerous vehicle by signing off the vehicle as road legal. Brake failure issue was not taken seriously when consistently informing them about the fault. Unbelievable, thanks guys hope you dont do that to anyone else

        Didnt need the service plan as it came with 2 years free servicing. Sam was really professional and kept us informed all through the transaction and went above and beyond to get us all sorted out. Great service.

        I cant put into words how bad I think Mercedes Roadside recovery is, which I have as part of my service plan. I broke down last week in M1 services with a cracked alloy that was letting the tyre go down so the car was undrivable. I was over 100 miles from home and on my own, I called Mercedes roadside assistance several times on 20.04.23 using 2 numbers I was given by Maidstone Lookers and they didn't even answer the call. It is disgusting. As a premium brand I expected better. I will be selling my Mercedes and will not be recommending them to anyone. This is a real shame as I actually love the car.
