From the start, Ive found it very easy to discuss my issues and inner thoughts with Alan of Therapy Partners. The Consultation Sessions have been held in a very relaxing atmosphere and Alan has listened intently before providing sound guidance and advice about possible actions I should consider implementing to help me overcome or reduce the impact of the issues affecting my life. Added to that, theres been no form filling or time pressure placed upon me to achieve any specific targets. Im well pleased with my experience of Therapy Partners.

I have been visiting Therapy Partners' mental health clinic for about one year now and I can honestly say I've had the best experience. I was allocated a counsellor based on my needs and we get on well. I've discovered so much about myself and my therapist continues to help me work myself out and is helping me to become a stronger person. I highly recommend Therapy Partners to anyone who feels they need some support.

Following a traumatic 2 years, I found myself lost and very confused. Alan and Zoe supported me throughout. Their drive and options in my recovery process were unique from the usual 121 therapy. I finally found professionals that understood me and tailor made a care plan that gave me some stability and plans for the future. I never felt alone. I cannot thank them enough for their support and unconditional understanding in what turned out to be the worst 2 years of my life.
