Bob arrived on time at my house.. Very polite man. Bob carried out a fitting only for me as i had the parts to hand. (2 top mounts and 2 front tie rod ends). Fixing price was very good.. bob took the car out prior to carrying out the works as i have other issues with the car. Came back and told me what it was so i will be ordering the parts for bob to fix and hopefully this is what is required to stop the knocking noise. Great mechanic. All in all 5 stars.

I had a pre-purchase vehicle inspection check performed by Bob the mechanic. He was always very proffesional and informative, answering any questions I may have had , as well as keeping me updated at all steps of the way. Bobs service is greatly appreciated and I would recommend him to others.

I would never recommend this micacnic to anyone, it was a waste of money and he was extremely unprofessional! I booked a pre-purchase car inspection, the mechanic didn't take any photos of the car or check the important details. He just called me after the job and said 'the car is good' with no details. I had to chase for a report and for all I know he could have made it up without actually going to view the car. After Bob received the payment, his tone changed and he was extremely rude. Terrible communication and even worse customer service. Don't bother wasting your time or money with this mechanic. This was the worst experience, and I wouldn't hire him EVER again, even if it was free!
