Olivia Bailey Sports Therapy

I recently had the pleasure of receiving a deep tissue massage and it was a really good experience. Olivia is highly skilled and knowledgeable. One of the things I appreciated most about this massage was how effective it was at targeting my tight muscles. I had been experiencing a lot of discomfort and stiffness in my neck, back and shoulders, but after the massage, I felt noticeably looser and more relaxed. It was clear that Olivia had a deep understanding of anatomy and knew exactly how to release the tension in my muscles. Olivia was very friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire session. I really enjoyed it, so I am definitely coming back to Olivia and will also explore other treatments that she offers, like dry needling for my tnis elbow.

Olivia is super lovely and makes you feel at ease. I've had two sports massages with her so far and they have really helped with my shoulder pain.

Professional, friendly & highly professional. I really appreciated the exercises Olivia sent me after 1 of the sessions for my calves. I won't lie, I've been close to tears - but well worthwhile! I'll be back, wouldn't go anywhere else
