My experience was phenomenal. From my first step through the door to driving away with happy tears in my eyes in my gorgeous new ct200h. Micheal looked after us so well and made the entire process an absolute pleasure. The reception staff are so lovely and welcoming too. Am totally in love with my car and would never buy anything other than a Lexus again.
