        An excellent firm who processed my late aunt!s will and our own complex lasting powers of attorney. The staff all the way through to the partners were polite and extremely professional (in the wider sense), with everything rigorously explained. The fees are more than some firms but on the other hand they are regulatory solicitors..

        Not very compassionate, my elderly mother had got very frail and confused and we arranged for this firm to arrange lasting power of attorney for me. Had the appointment on the Monday,and 500 was taken in advance. The very next day,the district nurse discovered my mum had covid and other breathing problems,so was taken into hospital,where it was discovered she had lung cancer! Because of this,she was to ill to sign the paperwork, instructing them to start the power of attorney procedures. Due to complications,mum died six days later. All i got refunded was 80, after months of red tape! TOTALLY LEGAL,but HEARTLESS
