Dragon Kickboxing

I have been training with Rich at dragons for just over a year I initially started after having my son to lose weight and gain confidence at one class a week, i now train 4 times a week including one to one sessions with Rich in the daytime and cant recommend him and the club enough, he is professional, knowledgable and friendly and would recommend anyone to him, not only have I lost loads of weight, I am fitter then I have ever been, happier than ever and have learned loads about kickboxing!

I've trained with many people over the years and my last 15 years have been with Richard from Dragon Kickboxing. Its just a superb club, great people of all abilities. You can train in the evenings or at anytime of day if you book private lessons, Richard has always been very flexible with my work schedule as I cant always make the evening classes. I cant recommend the club enough.

An awesome place to go to push yourself up to or if you like past your comfort zone, expert training and guidance from Richard and also really helpful friendly regulars that push you further.
