Terrible experience, order Lasagna which was over 15 and what I was given was at least half of what it should have been in terms of size. I took my plate up to a member of staff and showed her a picture of what it was meant to look like in terms of size, and she just said it's just a different shape and that is the size that it should be. Which was complete BS, the size of it was absolutely ridiculous for the price, and there is no way anyone would be happy with paying 15+ for what I got. Was quite annoyed so I didn't bother ordering anything else as I didn't want to give them any more of my money. Won't be going back to this trash place again.

Love the Maidstone branch. Turned up on spec on a busy Sat night and were warmly received - busy but managed to fit us in due to a few no shows. We had the fixed price menu i.e. 3 dishes - starter, mains and dessert (23.95 I think). I had the King Prawn Spiedini and my partner the Bruchetta, both excellent. Mains for me was the Rustica Piccante pizza - my absolute favourite - nice thin crust, plenty of topping and a nice spicy kick to it. Partner had the salad which she rated as good. Both had the tiramisu for dessert which had plenty of flavour to it. All ordered via the app which is accessed via QRS code on menu. Food arrived quickly and served by lovely staff. Absolutely spot on in terms of food quality, value and service. UPDATE March 2023 - took 6 of us for my Sons birthday meal last night - received a call from Fraser the manager saying they had found some birthday cards plus a cheque and thought they might belong to my Son. They were correct! Cards now being posted together with cheque from his Gran - service above and beyond. Food was excellent again, lovely waitress and didnt cost the earth.
