Friendly staff, easy access and well secured. Build rooms are reasonably comfortable, could do with a little more bench space though

We have been customers at Custodian for over two years, have over 5 Racks with numerous machines, and have visited Custodian many times. Recommendation: Avoid due to costs and annoying non-technical staff; the rest is great. -- **Good:** -- Data Center: good data center has everything that's needed. It was better in 2021 than in 2022 due to Costs (see below). -- Technical Support: all around, excellent technical support staff. A special shoutout to Rod Lucas; he is fantastic! **Bad:** -- Costs: the pricing has become horrendous. Custodian mismanaged their energy price hedging and is letting the customer bleed for it. It's also evident that this is not just "forwarding expenses to customers" but that they make a profit with it. Under the current pricing, I have to recommend avoiding Custodian. There are alternatives of similar quality at 1/3 of the Custodian's costs. -- Accounting Team: their accounting team is horrible. There are random chases of invoices a week after issuing even though there are Net-30 payment terms, there are random documents quoting different numbers, and there is a shocking amount of unfriendliness when engaging via mail. -- Sales Team: do yourself a favor and avoid them at all costs.
