        Awful lack common decency and service. As a potential new customer, spoke to an advisor who promised to ring back in 5 minutes which didn't happen. Over next three days left a voicemail everyday, then rang the office direct asking for contact. Still nothing. Poor show, I dread to think how they would deal with an existing customer!
