I can highly recommend S & J, I had a fault develop on my Kranzle, one call to them and after Dave talking me through things to check he made time that day to repair my pressure washer to keep me working. They are fantastic, the service is unbeatable. Dave had the machine repaired within 1 hour and running perfectly. Wish all companies were like S & J. Along with being thoroughly nice people to deal with and the fact they answer the phone without going through an automated system, S & J will be my first port of call in regards to all things Kranzle going forward.

Dave is a wizard! Within 5 minutes he found the fault with my kranzle machine and was fixed within 20 minutes! He also went out of his way and fixed it over the Christmas break and wouldn't even take any 'drink money'! Now I've found somewhere reliable and somewhere I can trust to get my machine serviced/maintained! 100% recommend to anyone!
