Sexual Health Services Maidstone Hospital

Just called at 5:45pm , got through in a couple minutes, made an appointment no problem. All these people complaining are impatient and entitled by the sounds of it. The clinic isn't open weekends or Wednesday morning so possibly they called then? Who knows, who cares. All I know is I've been to this clinic multiple times and has some of the best staff in my opinion out of 5 or so clinics that I've visited in my life. Calling through usually isn't a problem, but I'm not one of these people who get out of shape when my every need isn't met immediately.

no but this clinic NEVER answers the phone. ive tried on two occasions to get birth control MONTHS apart and their lines are always delayed and busy very frustrating and disappointing service advertised. If people cannot get through to you please advertise that people can call the rubin clinic in dartford and get themselves an appointment booked in maidstone as they actually answer the phone in the dartford clinic! FIX THIS PLEASE

Can't get through via phone, been on hold for almost an hour and they also don't email back. Just brilliant. If anyone is able to help, it would be greatly appreciated.

Cant ever get through on the phone. I have been trying for over a week now. Its infuriating as a patient. This line needs to be updated as its clear there is no one to take your call..ever.
