We had our extension and garage built by BDC Construction South East Ltd who were recommended by our Architect. The finished result is amazing and to a very high spec. We couldn't fault them. The whole team were very professional, friendly, courteous and clean. Nothing was too much bother, and Ben kept us up to date all the way through. Pete's building knowledge and skills are second to none. Even the Building Control Officer said we struck gold using this builder. They really are the Dream Team and we highly recommend them. In 2019 Ben and his team transformed our tired house in to our dream home, we had a two storey wrap around extension as well as a internal makeover in every room. We could not be happier with the results,they were all very professional throughout the job and made a life changing experience for us enjoyable.we would recommend Ben and his team every time,very friendly very helpful and reliable and also very tidy, Bens advice and leadership skills were excellent.if you want a builder who is as passionate about your home as you are and goes that extra mile then BDC Construction is for you .

BDC Construction recently built two extensions to our property. One extending our kitchen involving a large set of bi-folds and the other extending the living room, incorporating 3 sets of French doors. The extensions involved two large openings and large amounts of steelwork. The work was carried out to a very high standard and we now have a brand new kitchen and living room that the whole family enjoys. All the people that worked on the house were highly skilled, clean and tidy. We were particularly pleased with the finish and attention to detail. Ben's communication was really assuring and helpful as builders we've used in the past have been lacking in this area! We wouldn't hesitate to recommend BDC to friends and family and have in fact asked them to come back and price more work
