I was very upset to see both of these really nasty reviews. This seems to me to be a personal attack on the owner, Nicola. I have been a customer at this salon for over 20 years and visit regularly once a month. I have NEVER heard Nicola being nasty to any customers or staff since she took on ownership a few years ago. She is very helpful and even collects and takes her customers home if they cannot get in for treatments. If you look at the wording of these two bad reviews they are very similar so seem to me to be a hatchet job for whatever there own nasty reasons. I would always recommend customers to this business and my mum and granddaughter as well as both my sons have used this hairdressers over the years.

Have to agree with the other reviewer; booked my mum in there some time ago & it was our first & last visit ; also totally agree that the owner is the most unpleasant, vicious, unstable & deranged character & the atmosphere & standards of 'hairdressing' within the 'salon' pretty appalling, even worse now since a so-called 'refurbishment; it's still a couple of dingy mouldy old rooms in the upstairs of a converted house!!! To call this a salon is indeed an insult to professional hairdressing establishments. Hopefully the salon will be closed soon & the owner convicted for abuse & harassment towards the general public.
