Incredible experience throughout and the after care from the whole team was amazing!

From my first contact with KSL until now I couldnt be happy, went down for my consultation with Lee at KSL Kent and as soon as I left there I knew it was what I wanted, so booked my appointment for 8 weeks later to have a FUE transplant and on the day of my surgery I meet with Sam and then on to Dr Nishal and his and thats where I spent my day and they all put me at ease and made sure I was comfortable throughout my day I was fed well and truly looked after by the whole team and after leaving Dr Nishal, I couldnt be anymore happy with how things looked and went on the day, now its a waiting game so see the final results.

First class from my initial consolation all the way through to leaving the clinic after my procedure. A friendly, skilled and professional team who made what could be a daunting experience, very relaxed. A big thanks to Dr Nish, Harrington and then rest of the team.. I would happily recommend KSL to any friends or family.

I had my surgery on Thursday and it was something that I had thought about for some time. Looking at KSL's portfolio, it was a no brainer for me. I was greeted warmly on the day by Harrington and then I discussed the procedure with my surgeon, Dr Nilesh, who was absolutely fantastic. As a fellow Gunner, we had much to talk about. The rest of the team, Melad and Shrin were fantastic as well. At no point did I feel anxious about the procedure and all of the staff were able to answer any questions that I had throughout the day. The most important part of the procedure is the aftercare and Dr Nilesh talked me through this in detail and was able to reassure me that if I had any questions the next day or thereafter, to call KSL and they would assist me in every way possible. What I thought would be quite a painful day turned into something very relaxing.
