Unfortunately I've had to change my review on this gym, since being a member I've noticed some problems here. The spa pool has been out of use alot, the last time over a week and most recently the steam room has not been in use for 4 days now. As I only go here to use the steam room, pool and spa I find it very annoying

Like every other village gym, all the staff are very friendly and helpful. The customer service at the village gym far exceeds all other places I've been to. All the facilities were tidy and clean.

Been a member for over a year now. Enjoy the classes, with some very good instructors. The gym itself is good, though could have a bit more floor space, and there are a few pieces of equipment which are missing that other gyms offer. The pool facilities are very decent - much better than any other Village Hotel Ive been to (as long as the Jacuzzi isnt undergoing maintenance).
