All Gutters Ltd of Maidstone a total nightmare, I strongly recommend do not use. The job was to fit new soffit and cast aluminium gutter and down pipe, with a gutter snow guard, this took place the last week of January 2017. Cast Aluminium gutter fitted incorrectly, wrong gutter support brackets used with some offering no support whatsoever to the gutter, Soffit not fitted correctly with inadequate support, Soffit was too narrow All Gutters Ltd brought the wrong size but fitted it anyway creating gaps, paid for a snow guard got plain steel metal strips riveted to the gutter, I was later advised by a professional tradesman to remove these as they could be dangerous in certain weather conditions, down pipe to hopper fitted incorrectly, down pipe to drain fitted incorrectly. A All Gutters Ltd fell off a step ladder in doing so smashing garden ornaments, this apparently was funny. On the day of fitting, on completion the proprietor he told me he was not happy with what he had done and that he would return and remove the soffit and install a better quality and fitting metal soffit within two weeks, I never see him again, he never finished the job. I made dozens of phone calls obviously the proprietor recognised my number and wouldnt answer his phone, left messages he never returned my calls, since then I have written to him but he never replied. I have been advised due to All Gutters Ltd mig welding the guttering into one piece (something I never asked for) it will have to be removed and replaced with the correct brackets fitted, the soffits are not fit for purpose with insufficient support the soffits are now undulating rising and sinking like waves, insects are entering through the gaps in the soffit, again advised the best and only way of rectifying the All Gutters Ltd poor workmanship is for the soffits to be removed and disregarded, and new ones fitted. The 'so called' snow guard has already been removed this to will have to be replaced with a proper snow guard of a mesh construction, (not as fitted, a lash up with solid metal sheeting riveted to the gutter). All Gutters Ltd was employed to complete this job prior to a conservatory being built. With the conservatory now built I now have to hire scaffolding etc to bridge over the conservatory adding to the cost. Employing All Gutters Ltd has cost me money, I'm out of pocket and what they left me with is considerably worse than what they replaced. This contractor is the absolute worst I have ever employed. The proprietor told me he had just sold the business and was moving to Australia next year, I can only hope the new owner didnt pay too much. Sometime during the summer (2017) the miserable substandard All Gutters Ltd work is to be replaced.
